Specifying Microsoft Outlook synchronization options
On the setup screen:

From the Outlook user profile box, click the drop-down list, and select the user profile you want to use from the User Profile box.

If Microsoft Outlook is configured to store information on a Microsoft Exchange Server, a connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is required when configuring Outlook connector synchronization options or when synchronizing Outlook information. If you have more than one profile, you can specify another profile to synchronize, but selecting another profile can have unexpected results. For more information, see Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting.
