Selecting which way to sync
Intellisync can be used synchronize, import (one way sync to), or export (one way sync from) information. You can select a different data transfer direction for each application.
To configure synchronization

On the Setup Synchronization Options dialog, select the Direction of synchronization:

Two way sync: Transfers information both ways, from the PIM to the device and to the PIM to the device.

One way sync from: Transfers information from the device to the PIM.

One way sync to: Transfers information to the device from the PIM.

Replace all data in the target application: Selecting this option will copy over all data in the target application.

Click OK.
The arrow between the application names indicates whether information is selected for synchronization, import, or one way sync from.
