Limiting which tasks are synchronized

Tasks that are included in a synchronization can be limited by a date range and by the task status.
To specify a task status setting

On the To Do setup dialog, specify a task status setting.

Transfer All Items: All tasks are transferred.

Transfer Only Pending Items: (default) Tasks that are not marked complete are transferred.

When you are finished, click Next.
