Limiting synchronized records to a date range

When you set up your Calendar application, you can limit which Calendar records are transferred during synchronization.

To specify a calendar date range setting

  1. On the Appointment setup dialog, specify the date range to use.

  • Transfer All Scheduled Items: Transfers all records.

  • Transfer only Future Items: (default) Transfers records with a start date that occurs on or after the date synchronization occurs.

  • Transfer Items within a Range of Days: Transfers records that start within the specified number of days prior and after the date on which the synchronization occurs.

  1. Click Next when you are finished.
